We have been made aware that there is a scam going around that targets various ACCA accountants listed on the ACCA website. It appears our business address was spoofed/hijacked to send out a number of scam emails. We have contacted our hosting and taken the steps required to stop this unauthorised usage. We have also received the same emails that have appeared to come from the ACCA and have used a different accountants email. We strongly suggest if you are on the ACCA public list and have a website you check your sites and emails to ensure your systems are intact. So to be clear, in no way are we part of this scam and urge the accountancy community to stay vigilant.
